Knots in your neck an shoulders? How do I massage it?

How do I get rid of this tension for all of my clients, better than any massage therapist has ever done them before?

Wellโ€ฆ that right there is the secret sauce ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅต

Almost everyone carries tension in the upper traps. This is the area that we all like to beat up with a lacrosse ball ๐Ÿ”ต or ask our loved ones to squeeze her shoulders ๐Ÿ™Œ

This muscle is constantly overburdened by the weight of gravity โฌ‡๏ธ paired with a modern lifestyle ๐Ÿ‘Ž

And by the time my clients finally make it to my doorstep, they have often waited years of tension slowly building up, possibly even unaware of how dense and tight the muscle was getting, as it accumulated stress over time ๐Ÿฅฒ

It takes heavy slow, compressive force to slowly allow the tissue to open up and release โœจ

๐Ÿฆต With my knee, I can perfectly cup in to the junction of the neck and shoulder girdle. My knee is the perfect fit to sneak in and deliver broad force, simultaneously stretching the shoulder down and away from the ear

While I hang out here, I slowly move my knee from point to point throughout the muscle. I concentrate my force into my kneecap to hone in on those tiny, hard knots that never seem to go away. But under the fourth of my knee, these knots have nowhere to run and hide. And with time, care, and patience, they melt at last
